RedHouse near BlueSea

Our red house is located on the edge of a small village, just one kilometer from the nearest beach. It is located in a 1,000 square meter garden between ancient cypresses and olive trees. Because it has a small granny apartment with a separate entrance and private kitchen (studio "Willy," see pictures), it is also excellently suited for two families. Each room leads either to the garden or to a terrace or balcony. The space The red house is the "baby" of our entire family and so many friends. Very personal and lovingly furnished. Anyone who arrives here will feel right at home. And those who come more often will notice that this house is our "hobby" and is constantly evolving. All three bedrooms and the kitchen-living room have air conditioning. Alternatively, there are also fans. The kitchen-living room is heated with a wood-burning stove (in the selection list you could only specify "fireplace"), the other rooms electrically. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. On the upper floor there is a kitchen-living room with a large dining table and a small couch next to the wood-burning stove, a guest toilet, a bedroom ("Otto") with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a private bathroom. In the basement there is a second bathroom, a bedroom ("Amalie") with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a studio ("Willy") with a couch that can be converted into a bed with a high-quality mattress (1.60 x 2.00 m) within seconds. "Willy" has a separate entrance as well as a small kitchen and a dining or workplace. However, the small apartment is also connected to the other rooms via an internal staircase. Other things to note We have two very sweet cats: Mikasa (black) and Eren (gray). They live in the garden, sleep in a small shed and are fed automatically. So you don't have to take care of them, but they are not only happy about petting units, but look for every opportunity to make contact. Another note about our TV: To use the TV, you need your own device (e.g. a smartphone, Apple TV, an Amazon Fire Stick or the like). Important: Our house is not suitable for infants and children (under 12 years). There are no cribs or chairs, no secure storage for cleaning supplies, stoves, ovens and outlets are not secured.
