Our home offers you a tranquil private relaxing space with some great sea views. (There is always the possibility of a pod of dolphins being sighted or whales passing by during the whale-watching season.) North Avoca Beach is right on the doorstep. Visit our popular local cafe for a great breakfast or lunch and Terrigal and Avoca Beach offer a wide range of dining options. You can also walk to Avoca Beach. The space Large and comfortable combined bedroom/lounge area with separate bathroom. There is one queen-sized bed in the accommodation. Large and private deck area facing the sea is attached to the accommodation. Guest access The private entrance and separate amenities mean that you'll feel as though you have the place to yourselves. There is a large outdoor deck area that looks over North Avoca Beach. The steps that lead directly down to the beach and local cafe (breakfast and lunch) are very close to our property. Other things to note While we can't offer you off street parking, you are welcome to pull onto our shared driveway to unload the car -park in front of the single car garage.
