Amidst this wonderful place called Goa is Quinta Da Santana a Heritage Manor House situated in The beautiful picturesque village of Raia in the south of Goa. Once inside the grounds of the Manor house you will find yourself surrounded by nature, cradled in the midst of Hills, Valleys and Springs in a Wooded serene environment. Beside the Manor House there are two pool side villas and one cottage perched on top of the hill, all within the grounds of the Manor House. The villas are fully furnished with facilities, blending the modern and the traditional for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday. One must visit the place to experience the harmony between humans and nature. The beautiful swimming pool filled with natural spring water offers you Privacy in the midst of this wooded and serene environment. Guest access The pool side villa is comfortable and spacious consisting of a bedroom, A sitting room, toilet and Bathroom with wardrobe and cupboards and also a kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a dining table, large fridge, a sink, a microwave, an electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses. Unlimited filtered water is available to the guests. The adjacent living room has a sofa set with a coffee table. The bedroom has a very large TV with satellite network, having various English, Hindi and Sports channels. The bathroom which is large and spacious has a water heater with hot water available round the clock. The gazebo across the garden from the swimming pool consists of a full equipped kitchen along with a dining area with a large dining table, in case guests wish to cook their own meals. There is a cooking gas range and also an induction cooker in the gazebo. Guests can use this place for breakfast, lunch and dinner or just to relax, have a drink or read a book. Other things to note Although we have a very fast internet connection (Upto 300 Mbps), we do occasionally experience short periods of downtime (As is the case with most internet connections in Goa). All the Villas are self service. No extra services will be provided. The villas will be cleaned once every three/four days, depending on the duration of the stay.
