You are also most welcome if you are a tourist and just want to take a break in the heart of Old Praga discovering the charms of the Mermaid Town. The space We respect tradition and effort put into the revitalization of our building, so we have adjusted the interiors to the style of the house constructed over 100 years ago. Most of our unique furniture dates back to the beginning of the 20th century. We offer the highest quality equipment and finishing materials with the predominance of natural wood. We love giving new life to old pieces of furniture and lighting. So you will find here a combination of brand new things and recycled items provided that they all represent high quality of manufacturing. We have stone worktops, solid doors and oak flooring. High ceilings provide a sense of freedom. Kitchen and bathroom are made in the spirit of classic modernity. Equipment includes fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, tv and 200 Mbps wi-fi. There is a dedicated desk at your disposal but you can also use a dining table as your workspace. The apartment is fitted with a smoke detector and an extinguisher. Look out the window at Targowa Street, the main road of the district, and you will feel the big city vibe and see the Museum of Warsaw Praga as well as the historic Rozycki’s Market. Guest access The entrance to the building is located to the right of the beauty salon. We don't have an elevator but we have a beautiful staircase and will help you with your luggage. Other things to note The following parking options are available: - Street parking, payable 8:00-20:00 on weekdays. - Guarded parking on Zabkowska street, 300 m from the apartment. We issue VAT invoice on request.
