Our renovated house is the ideal place to enjoy Cretan hospitality. It is located 20 steps away from the peaceful beach of Agios Panteleimonas. Two short paths on either side of the house lead to nearby beaches. On the right side you can find the famous Vulisma beach with its crystal clear waters and golden sand and on the left a chill beach for relaxation and meditation. You can reach supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, or pool-bars within 5 minutes by foot. Agios Nikolaos is 10 minutes away by car. The space The area of Istron is famous for its beautiful nature and beaches.Our 2-bedroom 60m² fully renovated house is ideal for 4 people and/or for families with kids seeking a calm and inviting environment to enjoy the Cretan way of life and the hospitality of the locals. It is literally located 20 steps away from the peaceful beach of Agios Panteleimonas and waiting you to provide peace, quiet and comfort during your vacation! Guest access The house is renovated with big new kitchen including all amenities (oven, stoves, fridge, clothes washing machine, sink, toaster, black coffee machine, stove traditional espresso machine, sandwich toaster, waffle maker machine, multi blender, electric orange juicer, casseroles, baking pans, cutlery,etc.). For family moments there is a dinner table inside the house as well as a dinner table in the courtyard under a large umbrella with a sea view in the side of the garden. For a relaxation time in the courtyard the is a small bamboo lounge with a coffee table and a swing with sea view and a garden view. The house includes two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with twin bed. All beds have anatomic mattresses, both bedrooms have modern inverter air condition. Also we can provide you a baby coat if needed. The bathroom includes a shower with full amenities (towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, hair dryer, curl iron) and always has hot water as there is a solar water heater. Finally there is a shower in the courtyard. Infront of the house there is free parking. The house is located 20 steps from the sandy beach of Agios Panteleimonas which a part of it is organized with umbrellas and chairs (with a small fee to the municipality) and we also provide you with an beach umbrella.
