It has been wonderfully integrated in the Mediterranean Macchia and offers a superb view of Noto and the sea, making it the perfect place to wind down. The furnishing and decoration has been chosen with taste and partly for the owner. The house is mainly composed of a large room from which the sleeping area can be separated with a curtain, and is equipped with a dish-washer, a washing machine, an induction stove and air-conditioning. Both chaise longue can be used as two additional beds. The roof terrace offers a spectacular view of the Sicilian landscape as well as the sea and Noto. Close by are four additional houses, meaning that, despite the welcomed tranquillity of the area, visitors don’t have to feel lonely. Upon request La Nica, La Balza and Le Casuzze can be booked together. By car, Noto is 15 minutes and the lovely sandy beaches are 20 minutes away.
