The space Lazy Acre is a spacious, homely villa spread over two floors. The open-plan kitchen/diner leads to a pool-facing balcony—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Two bedrooms (king + twin) share a bathroom on the lower level. Upstairs, a large living room with Netflix and IPTV plus a sofa bed, and a double bedroom with ensuite await. Outside, enjoy the private pool, landscaped gardens, and a shaded pool house. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the villa, private pool, and gardens. Free on-site parking is available. Car hire is strongly recommended for exploring Corfu. The airport is just 20 minutes away—taxis cost around €30, or you can arrange car hire for collection at the airport or delivery to the villa. Other things to note The villa sits in a quiet olive grove with landscaped gardens, sunbeds, and ample parking. Shops and tavernas are a 10-min walk away, offering authentic Corfiot charm and local prices—not tourist rates. Golf course nearby, plus lively Gouvia just 5 km away. Car hire strongly recommended. We won’t be on-site, but our caretaker family lives in a separate apartment below. They maintain the villa and gardens and are available if needed—never intrusive.
