Individual pool villa cottage ideal for family

The property is on the top of a hill called Bangle Gudda which is very close to inspection bunglow. The place is 7 minutes walk to the heart of the town. The property is 1.8 km from Gokarna beach, 5.5 km from OM beach, 4.5 km from Kudle beach. The building is nature friendly , ground floor open masonry with air conditioner, first floor room non ac which is plastered wall which facilitates abundant natural daylight and cool breeze. Can accommodate ideally 4 people. You get entire cottage . The space Every wall has story to tell. There is a cosmetic difference between both floors. Ground floor bed is big and more comfortable. First floor cot is not big.(For one person its more and for two people its bit small)Roll away bed can be given if some one prefers to sleep on floor mattress. Ground floor is ac and first floor is non ac room. Guest access while during rainy season June to Sept, lot of rain may be there.We may not be able to maintain water quality of pool.power failures are often and unpredictable.Beaches are deserted, very few shacks operates,no boating,no watersports like . Pl communicate with host before confirming During your stay I am residing at the house along with my family just behind .We have a maid too to help(Specific timing) .Guest can take the help for cleaning etc during reasonable hours. Other things to note The property is suitable for families. One can enter in to room by climbing one step Specially who have joint/knee problem. Once entered bath room is at floor (No climbing) Pets not allowed. Our place is in a tropical climate, insects/crawlers/lizards/squirrels /langurs etc are inevitable. That will not harm individuals. But city dwellers may feel good seeing them. We do not use any harsh chemicals to prevents their entry.
