Modern and sunny home in large garden setting with extensive and varied food forest. Patio and conservatory to make the most of our picturesque village, and an easy walk to cafes, pub and shops. EV charging at own cost available. Our grownup family welcomes people from all backgrounds. Restaurants are nearby - Five Stags Pirongia 800m flat walk, or 10 minute drive to Te Awamutu or 20 minutes to Hamilton. Handy to Hamilton Airport and Mystery Creek (20 minute drive) and Waitomo Caves (30 minutes) The space Private suite for sole use by guests which includes lounge, bedroom, ensuite and patio with seating to enjoy our beautiful garden area. Queen size bed with electric blanket, plus double sofa bed and we also have a portacot and some floor mattresses if needed. No stairs. Chromecast installed so you can use your favourite device with the large screen TV. We have tea and coffee making facilities, microwave and refrigerator but not a kitchen in the guest space. There are good restaurants nearby. Guest access Guests have a lounge, bedroom, ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, and patio for their exclusive use. There is also access to a conservatory for shared use, and they are able to use the laundry for an additional cost. Other things to note We need to ask guests to be careful with water use so please have short showers. Our location doesn't have sewage services so we use a septic tank. That means we use eco-friendly products as much as possible and things like tampons, sanitary pads and disposable nappies are not to be flushed down the toilet. Please put these items in the bin provided.
