The space Originally built as housing for the 1976 Denver Winter Olympic games that never were to be. This beautifully remodeled condo tells a story of Colorado's past while allowing guests to explore all the beauty that Colorado has to offer today. Additional amenities: WiFi, Smart TV to access your media content, Board games, Desk, Coffee maker, Toaster, Pots/pans and cooking utensils, Silverware, Cups/Plates/Bowls, Microwave, Oven/Range, Refrigerator/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer Guest access * Guests will enjoy the entire condo unit privately during their stay. * Laundry facilities and the grill/patio area are located in the condominium's common areas and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. The patio features a charcoal grill, but availability depends on weather, fire laws, and condominium rules. These amenities are not managed or maintained by the host. * Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use during your stay. * The lake is typically frozen from early winter to late spring. Access may be closed without notice due to conservation activities by Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Other things to note * This is a condominium unit, so occasional noise or foot traffic from neighboring units may occur. * The condo is located at 10,000 ft elevation, so plan accordingly for high altitude. * House-trained dogs are welcome with prior approval! A non-refundable $75 pet fee applies, which must be paid before check-in. * To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, building quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. * Events and parties are not allowed.
