This room is our biggest room. The Family room we call it, because there is a double bed and a bunkbed. So a Family with children can sleep together. It's on the first floor. In the House are 4 Rooms, 2 on the ground floor, two on the first floor,wich can be rented together or separately and be shared with other guests. In the main House there is a common Room.. We are are a NON-Smoking place. The space Our guests are warmly welcome in the quiet annex, a traditional, rustic wooden house, which is only a few steps from the main house. The bathrooms are on the respective floors. The sun terrace and garden invite you to read and relax. Of course, you can also use our Wi-Fi for free. There is no kitchen, but a fridge, kettle and coffee maker are available. For guests staying longer than one night, it is possible to cook in the restaurant kitchen (restaurant is no longer run) and use the café (the old restaurant room) as a dining room. This is done in consultation with the operators and any other guests. Guest access The historic Alpina guest house is located on the outskirts of the idyllic and sunny mountain village of Fanas in Grisons at 905 meters above sea level, right next to the Fanas cable car, which takes you up to the local mountain Sassauna for hiking trips or paragliding. A few minutes' drive from Fanas is also the Grüsch-Danusa ski resort and the Prättigau bike path. All our guests benefit from a 10% discount on tickets for the Grüsch-Danusa ski region and they can use our sleds for free. Fanas is about 45 minutes' drive from Davos, 10 minutes' drive from the highway to Italy or Germany or Austria or about 1 hour from Zurich Airport. Rural, friendly, authentic In our cozy café you can have breakfast (if pre-ordered and available 10.- CHF P.P) but also sit comfortably or play a game. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun and the view on the terrace. During your stay We are not always there, please arrange an approximate time of arrival Other things to note There is no restaurant in Fanas. A small supermarket is present. Dishes, coffee maker, kettle and fridge are available for general use in the house where the rooms are. For a longer stay, we will provide the kitchen, from the old restaurant, by arrangement.
