Enjoy a stay with friends and family to explore and enjoy the beautiful Devon countryside from your own self contained Victorian farmhouse with stunning views, lots of outdoor space and a hot tub. Built in 1887, and owned by the Pyle family for over 100 years, the farmhouse is surrounded by fields with sheep and cider apples. We are on site and therefore able to offer a personal and friendly service to help with anything you may need during your stay. Dogs are welcome (small fee per night) The space The farmhouse was renovated in 2020 to a high standard and inside has 5 large bedrooms (2 rooms ensuite, 2 rooms share a bathroom and a bedroom on the ground floor with easy access to a shower room/toilet). There is large kitchen with AGA, dining area, lounge, games room, conservatory and utility/boot room. There is a large outside space for children to run with a trampoline and a patio area with a hot tub and BBQ area Guest access There are excellent transport links via the M5/A30 as we are perfectly situated between Exeter and Honiton in a village called Feniton. We have a train station within a 10 minute walk (Exeter to London Waterloo line). Other things to note Located in the beautiful East Devon countryside we have easy access to the coast (Sidmouth/Exmouth) and countryside (National Trust - Killerton House/Knightshayes) and Dartmoor. The historic city of Exeter is also a short drive away. The village has a well stocked village shop and there is a lovely country pub with children's play area within a 10 min drive.
