House near the Beach with Terrace, 3 Rooms, Kitchen, Bathroom. Living Space is arround 90m2 . It`s located about 230km South of Bangkok on the East Coast, between Cha Am ( 13km ) and Hua Hin ( 11km ) 100m close to the Beach. It`s ideal for Individual Tourists, for Relaxing and as a Base for Trips. The space I discovered the House in 2007 as a Ruin, bought, restored and widen it, while my last 8 Holidays, to get closer to my dream of Living in Thailand. In every Room is a remote controlled Fan. The Ground Floor Sleeping Room is also equipped with an Air Condition. There is a Flatscreen TV in the Living Room. Guest access You can use every space of the house ! Other things to note The Transfer from the Airport and any Tours you want to make can be arranged for good value. We have 3 Scooters, in good condition, for rent.
