Wander down to the bottom of the garden and discover a vintage American school bus. This well traveled bus has journeyed across Canada and the United States. Next to the bus, you'll find a charming bar - perfect for sipping wine at sunset, and an outdoor shower letting you soak in nature in true laid back style. The space The farmhouse offers two generous double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for couples or friends traveling together. A third double bedroom is located on the ground floor, with convenient access to a beautifully finished downstairs bathroom, complete with a stunning copper bathtub — ideal for a luxurious soak after a day of exploring. At the heart of the home is a large, fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto an impressive dining room, perfect for preparing and sharing meals with family or friends. Two working fireplaces add warmth and ambiance in the cooler months, while the inviting library room offers a peaceful space to curl up with a good book, play games, or simply relax in comfort. The American School Bus is Complete with a travelling toilet, electricity, wood burning stove and running hot and cold water. The bus has a comfortable queen bed ,as well as a large sofa bed that easily folds out. The kitchen has an electric hob and microwave for cooking, as well as a mini fridge for your food. Access to a lovely outdoor hot water shower during the warmer months. (Approximate coldest months: October-February).
