Dorset Shepherds Hut, lake and countryside views

Our luxury shepherds hut is situated in our 4 acre meadow shared with our herd of sheep in the beautiful North Dorset countryside. The village of Fontmell Magna is in a conservation area and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a dark skies reserve. The Hut faces over the lake with glorious, uninterrupted views over the Fontmell Downs. The Hut is but offers a luxurious glamping opportunity with all the mod cons. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 small children is suitable all year round. The space The hut provides a sumptuous glamping experience with a king size bed, an Emma mattress and Egyptian cotton sheets and big comfy cushions. New for Spring/Summer 2023 we have 2 super cute pull out beds, perfect for the little ones too! The hut is complete with a kitchen area with a kettle, fridge-freezer, induction hob and an indoor dining area that looks out towards that incredible view. In true luxury glamping style, a fully fitted shower room is attached with a sink and flushable toilet! Outside features a raised decking area with outdoor table and chairs to enjoy your BBQ cooked breakfast. In the evenings cosy up with a blanket under the stars and enjoy the fire pit with some toasted marshmallows and your favourite tipple or cuppa and enjoy a delicious al fresco meal cooked on the bbq. Our shepherds hut breaks are perfect all year round with instant heating and air-conditioning. Glamping never felt so good! Guest access Guest are free to use the space immediately around the hut and freely use the field, however please take care as livestock are often grazing. Please be responsible for ensuring that the gate is closed at all Other things to note The shower room is located at the rear of the hut, which requires you to walk out of the hut down and around the back of the hut. There is sensor lighting underneath the hut to illuminate the way in the dark.
