Basement apartment with separate entrance

The apartment with 25 m² is located in the basement of an apartment building with a separate entrance and is about 5 km from Lauterbach. The living room is friendly and lovingly furnished. The kitchen is small but well equipped. Street parking is free. When the weather is nice, the garden can also be used to relax. The space The lovingly furnished basement apartment is exclusively for fitters, craftsmen or professional specialists. The living-sleeping area is equipped with a sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), wardrobe, desk and a cozy sitting area for watching TV. In the small but nice kitchen there is a 2-plate stove, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, a sink and a seating area for 2 people. The daylight bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
