A luxurious four star cottage that sleeps two, set in a beautiful valley on a working farm. The Bothy makes an ideal honeymoon hideaway. This cottage is perfect for couples just wanting to relax and unwind in a very romantic atmosphere. Facilities include: Super king bed Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, fan oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster Bath with overhead shower Free wifi All linen and towels provided Fully enclosed garden with seating area & BBQ The space Our bedsit style cottage is luxuriously furnished to provide the most romantic of spaces. The cottage is one storey in nature, with only one small step to the front. The cottage benefits from expansive countryside views to the front, whilst only being 3 miles from the nearest beach. The cosy living room area has an open fire and smart television. The bedroom area boasts a sumptuous super king bed. The bathroom is newly refurbished to a modern design with a large bath and shower over the bath. The cottage has direct access to a private, fully enclosed rear garden with seating area & BBQ. The cottage is dog friendly with a secure garden - a dog cage is available on request - as we are a working farm please keep your dog on a lead outside the cottage and clean up after them. A cot and high chair is available upon request for an infant only. On the farm we have a games room (with football table, pool table, table tennis table and darts board) and a small play area with swing and sandpit for use by all guests. We welcome our guests to explore the farm on foot whilst staying with us and provide picnic tables and benches in many places. The Ale Water (river) runs through the farm not far from the cottages - the perfect spot for paddling and relaxing near the river. Our nearest beaches are Coldingham Bay and Eyemouth, but there are many other expansive beaches in the locality. Guest access We have over 1000 acres of farmland for you to explore and are surrounded by woodland which is perfect for wildlife enthusiasts. We have a parking area for all our cottages. There is a multitude of cycles routes in the local area. Other things to note Car park is at far end of cottages and guests are asked to use this to keep access clear for farm vehicles at the front of the cottages. If you bring your dog please pick up after them. We ask that dogs are kept on a lead when outside the cottage boundary. Registration Details SB00311F
