Description
A peaceful, rural location in a beautiful area surrounded by farmland. The accommodation is a self-contained private annexe attached to our home with an entrance exclusively for guests’ use. Two bedrooms with double beds, bath/shower room plus kitchenette/diner with access and views over our flower garden. Basic breakfast included. Superfast Wifi. Excellent walking/cycling from the house. Well placed for visits to Cotswold villages, Bath, Bristol, Gloucester and Cheltenham by car or by train. The space The guest space can only be booked by one group of up to 4 people and is charged on a per person basis. Please ensure the actual number of guests is correct at the time of booking. The space is a private annexe attached to our home. The guest area is self-contained and has its own access. It is perfect for up to two couples or a family of four. The ground floor kitchen/diner allows guests to store, prepare and cook basic meals although we highly recommend The Old Fox pub in Coaley village which serves excellent meals. Guests have their own external access to the house and their rooms which allow them to come and go as they please between the check in and check out hours. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor have a double bed and some cupboard and desk space. A bathroom located between both bedrooms is for guests' use only. Free, fast wi-fi is available. Towels will be provided as will tea and coffee and breakfast foods. Guests should expect to drive on narrow country lanes when staying here. Guest access There is off-road private parking for 2 vehicles. A key to the property is provided allowing you to come and go as you please. You are welcome to use an outside deck with patio furniture to enjoy views of the surrounding countryside and explore our large garden. Other things to note A car or bicycle will be necessary to get around as we live in a rural location and you should expect to drive on narrow lanes to reach this charming destination. If you are walking the Cotswold Way; we are approx 0.5 miles downhill from the Cotswold Way via footpaths. Please check you have read directions provided to the house before you set off as sat nav is not reliable.
