The house is situated in a quiet residential area in the beautiful Taunus town of Hofheim. Conveniently located both by car and public transport, most destinations in the Rhine-Main region are within approx. 20 minutes' drive. The space The semi-detached house with two residential units was lovingly refurbished and modernized 4 years ago without losing the charm of the old house from 1950. The apartment with a separate entrance offers an open, well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor with an adjoining dining area and a guest toilet. On the first floor is the living room and the sleeping area with an attached modern shower room. The walk-in shower with rain shower guarantees a good start to the day. A large sun terrace (20 m2) overlooking the countryside invites you to relax in fine weather. In the basement there is another apartment with its own entrance. The garden CANNOT be used. Please also understand that the apartment is rented exclusively to non-smokers - this also includes smoking outdoors. Other things to note For shorter stays, a child from the age of 12 can sleep on the sofa in the living room. Please inquire before booking!
