The space Our condo building is located on a leafy park in the Pearl district of Portland. We are absolutely in the center of all that is cool about the Pearl and have the added advantage of access to green space across the street with a children's playground, bocce pitch and basketball court. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 750 sq 'unit is on the second floor, (third storey) of a 5 storey modern building. There are only 4 units per floor on our level accessed easily by a large elevator. It is newly painted throughout using designer metallic glazes and features new flooring, bronze leather furniture in the living room, velvet and weathered oak chairs around a reclaimed wood dining table that seats 6. We have purchased the cushiest carpeting we could find for our tranquil bedroom and a luxurious king sized velvet tufted wingback bed for you to enjoy the best night sleep possible. Sliding barn doors in the bedroom reveal a generous closet with lots of drawer and hanging space and 2 plush robes for you to relax in. The condo has a very generous entry and large hallway with a curved wall against which is a futon couch that folds down easily to make a single bed. Our kitchen has been thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking and has a bar area with stools perfect for food prep and conversation. The appliances are all stainless steel and the stove is gas. Our condo also has a lovely balcony with eucalyptus wood lounging chairs with colourful, comfortable cushions and tables large enough so so that you can enjoy a meal or a cocktail al fresco. If you are enjoying the balcony after dark solar lanterns add atmosphere. Our condo is fully air conditioned and has an in suite washer and dryer in a separate utility room. Our condo is the perfect combination of style, comfort and convenience for a getaway or corporate rental.
