Perfectly located on a tree-lined street in the leafy suburb of Heath, this private Annex is just a few minutes' walk from Birchgrove Village, boasting traditional pubs, independent retailers, restaurants, takeaways and cafes. An independent space with everything needed for a short or long-stay with exclusive entrance, small patio area and free on-street parking. The University Hospital of Wales is just 1-mile away and Cardiff City Centre is only a 10-min drive. The space ACCESS Access is via an exclusive entrance to the side of the main property. We utilise a lockbox with keys for a contact-free check-in. PATIO AREA There is a narrow patio area outside the space with table and chairs. HALLWAY Entering the hallway, guests have a view to the right of the open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, with separate bedroom and bathroom to the left. KICTHEN The kitchen provides everything needed during your stay, including cooking essentials, a small fridge-freezer, oven, stove-top, microwave, washing-machine, and more. LIVING & DINING AREA A great communal space, the dining table comfortably seats four, while the two large sofas in the living area can be turned into sofa-beds. French doors lead out to the patio. Netflix & Wi-Fi. BEDROOM The bedroom is a good size with a double-bed and built-in wardrobes. Fresh hotel-quality linens are provided for each booking. BATHROOM This spacious bathroom offers a good shower with fresh towelling and shampoo provided for every guest. PARKING Parking is free on-street.
