Spacious Town House Centre of Cowes

Welcome to my spacious house in the heart of Cowes! Located on the sought after Beckford road, the house is a 30 second walk from the Yacht Haven and High Street. The house comfortably sleeps 8 and has private garden access to a large decking area. The Red Jet is under 5 minutes walk away, as well as all the fantastic shops, restaurants and pubs Cowes has to offer- making your stay here as easy and hassle-free as possible. The space The house is made up of 3 floors: You enter the house at ground floor level which is the middle floor. There is living space and the main family bathroom on this level. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms - one made up as a twin and the other two made up as double bedrooms. Downstairs is the kitchen, a further bathroom and utility area. This floor is also how you access the garden at the back of the house The garden has a large decking area which gets lots of sun, including table and chairs for guests to use. The house is in a lovely neighbourhood on a quiet road, although still in the heart of Cowes seconds away from the hustle and bustle of the town! Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the house. There is also a back gate with coded lock through a side alley that guests may use to access the garden. The side alley is not part of my property and I cannot control what items are contained within the alley. PARKING: The house is located on Beckford Road, which is subject to permit-only parking (free for 2 hours max). There is a car parking available at Cross Street Car Park, located on St. Mary's Road (a couple of minutes walk from the house), and is around £15 for 48 hours. There is also free parking on Bernard or Newport road which is only a short walk away. Of course, it's no issue to pull up outside the house to unload luggage or stay for a short time (max stay 2 hours in the bays on Beckford Road).
