Welcome to our large and recently refurbished Victorian townhouse in central Cowes. Perfectly located just a 3 minute stroll from the Yacht Haven, High Street, pubs, restaurants and ferry terminals, yet tucked away from late-night noise on the sought-after Beckford Road. Ideal for sailors and families alike, the house features a brand-new kitchen and two reception rooms. We also provide visitor parking permits - a rare luxury for central Cowes. The perfect base for your stay on the Island! The space Welcome to Little Wight House! A deceptively spacious victorian townhouse set across three floors in the heart of Cowes. ⭐ (April 2026) We have just finished putting the final touches on a full house renovation project! The house has had a brand new high spec kitchen installed, bathroom and furniture upgrades and has been fully repainted. We hope you like it! ⭐ Here's a breakdown of the house layout: The house is made up of 3 floors. You enter the house at ground floor level which is the middle floor and are immediately greeted by a calming reception room at the front of the house, great for reading or a morning cup of coffee. Continuing down the hallway you will find a spacious double bedroom and the main family bathroom at the end of the hall. Moving upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms. One twin room (set up with two single beds), one double bedroom, and a master bedroom with king size bed. Note: The master bedroom can also be made up as a twin (with two single beds) - if you require this please let us know when booking so we can ensure the bedroom is set up correctly. Going downstairs you will find the kitchen, as well as a large living space which is split into a generous dining area and a separate cosy TV room. Moving through the kitchen, guests will find a utility space with washing machine and dryer that guests are free to use, as well as a large additional WC/Shower room. Note: the utility area also has direct access from street level down a secure gated side alley - perfect for storing hiking boots and sailing gear! A separate back door from the kitchen area provides access to the private garden at the rear of the house where you will find a large sunny decking area with table and chairs for guests to use. Guest access Parking 🚘 Guests may park on the road outside the house or on nearby roads in any of the applicable residents parking zones. Parking is available for one vehicle and a digital permit will need to be in place ahead of your stay. If you do require parking, please let us know and we are happy to arrange this for you free of charge. If you need parking for more than one vehicle, you will find additional parking available at Cross Street Car Park, located on St. Mary's Road (a few minutes walk from the house).
