Bed & Breakfast. 2 double rooms available for the price of one in our cottage at the edge of Okeford Fitzpaine Village with a traditional cottage garden. The cottage has a sunroom that can be used by guests with Sky TV. The 2 guest bedrooms are both doubles and decorated in a cottage style. We have a separate bathroom for guests on the first floor where the bedrooms are and you have the whole of the upstairs and sunroom to yourselves. Hotub available 1 May to 1st Sept. No Cooking Facilities The space We have 2 rooms available for the price of one in our charming cottage, which is nestled at the edge of Okeford Fitzpaine village, in the heart of the Blackmore vale. With a traditional cottage garden. The cottage has a sunroom for guests to chill out in the evening. The 2 guest bedrooms are both doubles and decorated in a cottage style. We have a separate bathroom for guests on the first floor where the bedrooms are, and you have the whole of the upstairs and sunroom to yourselves. There are tea and coffee making facilities in each room and breakfast is served in the kitchen. There is no use of the kitchen but you can make Tea and Coffee. We live in a separate part of the cottage in the evening. Outside patio with BBQ for wonderful alfresco dining in the summer or just relax with a glass of wine. The hotub is available May to September. Guest access Full access to garden, patio, guest bedrooms, guest bathroom. The sunroom with TV and board games and hot tub . The Hotub is available from May to 1st September. We have secure cycling storage for bikes. 1 paddleboard 1 kayak available for use in the river or Sea on request but you must provide your own bouyancy jackets. There are tea and coffee making facilities in each bedroom and your welcome to make tea and coffee in the kitchen when using the Sunroom. Breakfast is available in the kitchen from 7am -9.30am. No cooking in the kitchen please. Parking is free. Other things to note There is a £20 surcharge per stay for use of the hot tub due to high Electricity prices at the moment payable at the end of your stay. We provide a Breakfast Buffet of Cereal, Boiled eggs, Toast, homemade Or local preserves including jam , Marmalade, honey. all included in the price. Tea coffee, fruit juice. Dairy Milk. Oat Milk. herbal teas. Included in your stay. We can also provide a cooked full English Breakfast, omelettes etc at an extra charge, please request a cooked breakfast before your stay.
