In the apartment „ Krabbe“ pets are allowed upon request. The seaside resort of Karlshagen is located in the north of the island of Usedom. In the village there are many shopping possibilities, cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets and bakeries can be reached in about 400 m. The train station is about 1 km away. The cottage consists of two holiday apartments. The plot is about 830 m² in size and is located directly behind the dune forest and borders on a residential area. It's about a 30 minute walk to the beach The property has 3 parking spaces, as well as a garden shed with storage for bicycles. Both apartments are heated by underfloor heating. The three bedrooms as well as the bathtub bathroom are located on the upper floor. The upper floor is reached by stairs. The living room, kitchen and shower room are located on the ground floor.
