This villa with a secret garden in the famous Monterosso al Mare was built to be enjoyed with families and friends. Hidden in the quiet area of Fegina, "La Rana" villa is a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the Cinque Terre, but with immediate access to everything this UNESCO World Heritage site has to offer. "La Rana" has direct beach access. It consists of three well-furnished bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, to make you feel at home. You will breathe in the warmth, history and magic of the house from the moment you walk through the gate of the private garden among lavender, bougainvillea, olive trees and bright lemon trees. The living room and dining area open onto the garden through one of the two entrance doors. Low ceilings and colorful rugs give the space a rustic feel, complemented by the comfort and total privacy of the fenced garden. Guests can relax on the sofa with access to their favorite shows (Netflix, Hulu or Disney +) or work quietly at the dining table or directly in the garden. The kitchen is in a separate room adjacent to the living area, perfect for large groups. The indoor table can accommodate up to 7 people. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and the property is always available. We do have air conditioning units, but ask that guests only lower the ambient temperature to 73 degrees Fahrenheit and turn off the air conditioning when they leave the house for the whole day. THREE COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS AND TWO FULL BATHROOMS The master bedroom is private and quiet. A queen-size bed is located next to romantic French doors, which open onto the second-floor balcony overlooking the garden, from here you can enjoy the gentle sea breeze that blows directly from the famous beach of "Il Gigante". A cozy space to recharge after a long day, with the possibility of darkening the environment with the shutters to ensure a full night's sleep without disturbance. Two other bedrooms include: • One bedroom on the ground floor with a French double bed and 2 nightstands and lamps. • A second bedroom upstairs has 3 single beds configured with a bunk bed. Great for kids and friends. • Two full bathrooms. One upstairs with a tub/shower combination and one downstairs with a full shower. The house is fully equipped with soft quality sheets, bath and hand towels, duvets and blankets. You will not need to bring anything, beach towels will also be provided. If you have a child, please let us know and we can confirm our supplies. The washer and dryer system will make your stay even more comfortable and convenient. Guest access Monterosso is a pedestrian town. You'll see some locals driving around, but due to limited parking and excellent rail service from other cities, there are few who choose to drive while in town. Bring your walking shoes. Villa "La Rana" can be reached in 5 minutes on flat roads from the station and the public parking lot in Fegina. The old town is a 10-minute walk on a flat road on the beach.
