Ocean Front Adega with Beautiful View

Our home and the 1.5 acre lot ends right on the coast. With a private entrance and private picnic area with gorgeous views of the ocean and São Jorge, this is the best bargain in all of Prainha. The space Our summer 'adega' took 5 years to complete. Build entirely out of stone, it gives you a very country and rustic feel. The home sleeps 3 comfortably. Two in the upstairs lofted bedroom and one in the guesthouse. There is a futon sofa bed in the living room that opens to sleep another two guests. Please let me know if you plan on bringing more than 3 guests. The entire property is for you to enjoy and call home for the length of your stay. The main house consists of the kitchen, dining and living room as an open space. The master bedroom is located upstairs via a spiral staircase, where it has a small restroom and walk-in closet. The guesthouse consists of a small bedroom upstairs and full bathroom downstairs. The picnic area is the highest point of the property where you have great views of the neighboring adegas and ports and gorgeous views of the ocean and São Jorge. Guest access There a two ports walking distance away (5-7min) where you can go for a swim. A Poça Branca (natural pool) is a 10 minutes walk or short a drive away. Canto da Areia is a small black sand beach that is 20 minutes walk away. You have options! There are a grocery store and cafés with all your basic necessities. Registration Details 1778
