Beautiful, new carriage house near the Gothic Theatre, and Swedish, Porter and Craig hospitals. 15 min from downtown. King size bed with full kitchen and 3/4 bath. An apartment close to everything in the city yet quiet enough to enjoy a good night's sleep. There are two grocery stores within three blocks and tons of great local and chain restaurants all within a half mile, several of them offer delivery. Sam has managed the rental (previously it was DeviandTom) since November 2017. This great carriage house comes with its own off street parking space right below the apartment. Furnished with a very comfortable king size bed (read the reviews and you'll see how much guests love it), a comfy two seat love couch, dresser, TV, and small dining table that seats 4. The kitchen is fully appointed with a range, oven, microwave, frig, and plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The house has it's own working security alarm should you choose to use it. A code will be provided prior to check in. All the windows have alarm sensors installed for your security when you set the alarm. The unit is accessed through the gate in front of the parking spot. Enter the gate and walk up the stairs to the studio apartment above the garage which is detached from the main house and accessible by an alley. Everything you need is contained in the apartment. If you have something in mind I may not have thought of please communicate with me in advance and I'll do my best to accommodate. I'll provide my cell phone # once you are checked in. I am available as needed for help with anything. I respect my guest’s privacy but love to interact as well, I let you drive your desired level of interaction. The Gothic Theatre is within walking distance, as well as Swedish, Craig and Porter hospitals, grocery stores, laundromat, and plenty of restauants. Moe's BBQ is nearby and a great place to hang out before a concert or if you want to play some pool, arcade games, or bowl a few frames (the Stingers there are amazing!). Spicy Basil offers delivery and great food, and Smashburger is very close by. For an amazing breakfast, hit Breakfast on Broadway just a little further down the road, or try Euro Crepes. Plenty of bars and shops up and down Broadway to explore. Aung's Bangkok Cafe (1/2 mile away) and The Taste of Thailand restaurant (one mile away) both have tasty food at a great price and great reviews. The Englewood Light Rail Station is located only 0.9 miles away and has service to and from the airport. You can take the train from the airport and grab an Uber from there if you don't have other transportation options. You will need to switch trains at Union Station downtown, but that is quick and easy. An all day pass to travel on the train anywhere in Denver is $9. Taking the train to downtown will save you the hassle and cost of downtown parking if you want to attend a professional sports event or experience all that downtown Denver has to offer. I'll provide additional information on locating the carriage house and getting settled in close to your arrival. This will include a code for the digital lock, and a code for the security alarm in the carriage house if you choose to use it. Trash pickup is every Monday morning in front of the garage door. If I'm home I'll set the trash container out late Sunday night. Recycle pickup is every other Monday morning on Logan Street, in front of the house on the property. The cleaning fee has been increased to cover thorough cleaning after 30 day stays and to include Covid19 safe cleaning services. To use the digital lock, 1.Touch the screen and 2 random numbers should light up. 2.Touch those 2 numbers and the 10 number screen will light up. 3. Enter your four digit code and the bolt should automatically unlock. 4. If it does not unlock, touch the lock symbol to cancel and repeat the sequence. To lock the door when you leave, simply touch the lock symbol.
