Our beautiful house has 2 apartments and is located in the south of Pico, directly at the foot of the mountain. We have 2 great terraces with direct views of the passing whales and dolphins. 800 m² lava garden, 3 hammocks under palm trees, garden grill. Stone benches and table, 4 garden loungers with cushions, deck chair. High pond with goldfish Fritz. Bananas, mandarins, oranges, guavas, lemons grow in the garden. Whatever is ripe is allowed to be eaten. If both apartments are occupied, the outdoor facilities must be shared. The space The apartment Margit is 75 m². At the entrance is the covered terrace with great Atlantic views, where 6 people can have breakfast at the table and enjoy nature and tranquility. The hallway with 3 windows to the sea is very bright and has a cozy small dining area. In the large fitted kitchen, all the necessary appliances and dishes are available that you need for cooking yourself. In bedroom 1 there is a huge bed 2 x 2 m with a built-in wardrobe. Here even tall people can sleep comfortably. In bedroom 2 (terrace bedroom, because it has 4 windows and a door with window) you can see the water directly from the bed (small double bed 185 x 140). A large bathroom with a huge shower next to it. The beautiful cozy living room has a corner couch and a good new mattress for sleeping or chilling, a cabinet wall with TV, and a large fireplace for cool evenings. Guest access You can sit on the terrace and look at the Atlantic (with the naked eye you can often see the whales and dolphins passing by, a telescope is also available). You can use the whole garden (800 m²), read in the deck chair, relax under the palm trees in 3 hammocks, prepare your barbecue on the brick barbecue and eat right at the stone table, harvest your own bananas, oranges, mandarins, lemons, etc., whatever is ripe.
