Miranda's Luxury House is located in the centre of Geroskipou, close to the main square of the village. It is a new ground floor house, with a private swimming pool (renovated in June 2021). It features two bedrooms. Also a sitting room, living room and a kitchen in an open plan area all in a modern design. It is equipped in full, including air conditioners in the two bedrooms and one which covers the open plan area. It has all needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Ideal location, quiet and friendly neighborhood, within walking distance, just one minute from the main square and the centre of Geroskipou, with Supermarkets, kiosks, Kebab Houses, Cafeterias etc. No need to drive to go for shopping and dining. Just 7 minute drive to the centre of Ktima/Pafos and 10 minutes from Kato-Pafos ancient castle and harbour. The house is large and open plan with patio doors leading onto the back veranda with an outside dining and sitting area and the 10m x 4m private overflow swimming pool. The pool is amazing with stairs leading into it for safety. There is a bench within, with Jacuzzi jets and Led lights. The outside double-sided shower wall, has both cold and hot water. Sunbeds for 6, and 2 big umbrellas by the pool. Big front veranda with outdoor table and four chairs. Private parking. Suitable for wheelchairs with access to the house and the backyard, through a back entrance with only one stair to enter the house. Bed linen and towels are provided. Swimming pool / beach towels can provided upon a small charge. Mid-week cleaning and laundry service can be offered at an extra charge. A welcome pack can provided if required (not charged). Barbecues at the front area only. Guest access Private parking for 3 cars just infront of the house. All ground area can be accessed by guests. Other things to note 8 stairs to the front main entrance, but easy access through the back entrance with just one stair. The house is suitable for handicap people. Please inform accordingly prior to any reservation. Twice a week during summer and once during winter the swimming pool is cleaned by professional staff. It takes only half an hour. Pool is always like crystal.
