Nice apartment in the Italian Marche

The tastefully furnished apartment offers direct access to the beautiful garden, which provides our guests with fresh fruit, herbs, salad and, depending on the season, small delicacies. Fresh spring water is also available. A private terrace with an umbrella, cozy sun loungers and a small pool provide cooling & relaxation. The view is wonderful, the surroundings offer plenty of variety. Hiking, cycling, climbing, swimming, walking, etc. The space The apartment has recently been newly renovated and is equipped with a modern kitchen, a bathroom and a cozy sleeping/living room. The daylight bathroom has a large open shower. The owner is an interior design consultant, so the apartment is furnished with a lot of love and taste. The kitchen equipment is also suitable for a longer stay. A washing machine is also available. The apartment connects directly to a fantastically beautiful garden, which is accessible from both the kitchen and the living room/bedroom. The adjoining terrace with umbrella offers the opportunity for a cozy outdoor breakfast. The rest of the day you can make yourself comfortable under the fruit trees in the hammock or on the comfortable loungers. With the magnificent view of nature and the perceptible silence, everyone will find relaxation here. A small pool (5 m diameter/1.20 deep) offers a wonderful cooling on hot summer days. The typical Italian aperitif can also be enjoyed wonderfully on a beautiful seat in the garden, while letting your gaze wander into the distance and enjoying the foothills of the Apennine Mountains. The apartment is part of a house that belongs to a traditional borghetto, the oldest part of which was built in the late 17th century. The Borghetto is so far empty and will be renovated by the owners over the next few years. The house is located on a paved road and there is ample parking directly on the property. Our dog Blanca is looking forward to visitors and playmates. There is also the option to book a private yoga retreat. Yoga once or twice a day. Anyone who feels they have to stop time and has the need for silence and nature can use the opportunity for regeneration here, as needed and at will. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance and ample parking is available. Other things to note We have a dog, a cat and chickens and we are in the countryside. Dog visits are welcome, but should be peaceful with all our roommates ;) Registration Details I applied for a CIN, but haven’t received it yet
