Close to access roads (A62 45 min from Bordeaux) and many tourist sites (Malromé, Malagar, Roquetaillade, Villandraut, Sauternes, Cadillac). Numerous bike paths, green tourism, 1.5 hours from the ocean and the Bassin d'Arcachon. The space This is an independent 50 m² cottage located behind the main house, in the heart of a wine estate. It can accommodate 5/7 people (baby cot on request). It has a large bedroom (1 bed 140) and an open mezzanine (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90). It is equipped with a small kitchen. Completely renovated in old materials, it will bring you comfort and authenticity. A wood-burning stove will soften the winter evenings. Private terrace to the west. We share the other covered outdoor spaces. Guest access An independent terrace facing the vineyards and the forest is at your disposal, we share the other spaces around the house and the covered spaces. Our 2 accommodations are very close. A converted barn is also available for your comfort. Other things to note Small village on the hillsides of St Macaire. No shops in the village. Bakery, restaurants and shops 6/10 km away in 3 charming villages.
