Built on half an acre of sea view lands this 5,200 sq. ft villa boasts six bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. There is a fully equipped high-end kitchen (all essential appliances and utensils are included) and an open concept living room with 20ft high ceilings which open out onto an outdoor dining patio with dining table, an outdoor bar with drinks fridge, a swimming pool with a cascading infinity edge, separate sun tanning patios with sun loungers and free standing glass railings. All these features are what allow this villa to stand out above the rest. Located upstairs in Villa Waves, there are four bedrooms and four en-suite spacious bathrooms. The whole villa can sleep and accommodate up to twelve persons comfortably including the fifth and sixth bedrooms which are located downstairs (there is also a sofa bed located in the sixth bedroom which could accommodate one person comfortably if two people don’t wish to share). This stunning open plan villa is a vacationers dream for the perfect family get away due to its amazing location in the heart of English Harbour and just steps away from all of the busy restaurants and bars in the popular thriving area. Just a short walking distance to the popular “Boom” by Admirals Inn restaurant and all of the wonderful attractions that English Harbour has to offer such as an abundance of international Restaurants and Bars, Antigua Yacht Club Marina and shops, Falmouth Harbour, and grocery stores. Please note special terms & conditions apply for peak periods i.e. Christmas / New Year and Sailing Regattas such as the RORC 600, Classic Yacht Regatta and popular Sailing Week. ***All rates are inclusive of ABST (Antigua & Barbuda Sales Tax). There is also another Government tax which will need to be applied on the rental rate called “Tourism Guest Levy” which we will need to collect prior to or on the day of arrival. The charge is $5 USD per person, per day. *** We have a very strict NO PARTY policy. Any additional guests who are not staying in the home or not authorized to be there, need to have permission from the Host (maximum of 12 guests only at any time, depending on number of bedrooms being occupied). Guest access Guests have access to the whole villa (except the fifth & sixth bedrooms downstairs which will be locked if not rented). The housekeeper will have access to the linen and supplies cupboard. Other things to note Housekeeping will be included twice per week with the rental. The home will be cleaned and sanitized prior to arrival. If any extra cleaning is required there will be an extra charge for this and would need to be organized prior to your stay (please contact host directly for information).
