Relax and watch the sunset in the cool air conditioning after a day on the lake. This lakefront home is near Cross Timbers Marina where boats and slips are often available for rental. Ideal for family gatherings. Contact host for requests for one night stays during off peak times and for off peak weekly and monthly rates. Three night minimum on holiday weekends. Note: No easy access to the lake. A steep unmaintained trail leads to the shoreline which is also not maintained. The main floor has an open concept kitchen, living, and dining room along with a balcony facing west with beautiful sunset views of the lake. There is one bedroom and one full bath on this level. The upper level is a large open space with vaulted ceilings. There are two full beds and two single beds, along with a flexible hang-out area with table/chairs and a couch. The upper level also contains one large full bath and has a smaller balcony with a view of the lake. The lower level consists of one day bed with additional roll-out single bed, one full bath and living space with lots of windows and direct access to the lower patio (also with great views of the lake). This lake home is located in East Ridge Estates at Skiatook Lake. It is adjacent to Cross Timbers Marina where boats are available for rent, ~5 minute drive from Skiatook Point boat access, or ~5 minute drive from Tall Chief Cove boat access and public beach. Skiatook Lake is conveniently located 30 minutes from downtown Tulsa. The detached garage apartment is not an airbnb rental but may be occupied.
