House with garden – Bègles near Bordeaux

Welcome to my townhouse, 10 minutes from the center of Bordeaux. Its charming garden and terrace are a peaceful oasis. The house consists of a main room, entrance/living room/kitchen + 1 mezzanine bedroom above the main room. Ceiling height greater than 1.80 m. (2 children's bedrooms are inaccessible) A stone's throw away, the barrier and its shops welcome you to fill the fridge and ensure the best grills on the BBQ (summer and winter, we take advantage of it!) The space This house is my primary residence. I'm happy to entrust it to you during my vacation or when I'm away for the weekend. One of the two children's rooms will not be accessible to you, as it is the teen's private property. Please note, the staircase is steep and the mezzanine space is open. So not at all suitable for small children or people with limited mobility. The garden is flowery. And I leave outdoor cushions for your naps in the sun or your yogi awakenings. The quiet neighborhood is ideal after trudging around the city. Guest access Street parking is free. Within a 15-minute walk, you will find a tram station (line C – SNCF train station). A 5-minute walk away, you have buses to take you to the center of Bordeaux, as well as city bikes for rent. Other things to note The floor is fragile and cannot support stilettos or wheeled suitcases. It is therefore advisable to take off your shoes and carry your suitcase by hand. Extra linens and towels to be paid on site or before your arrival: - €15 per bed for sheets, - €10 per set (1 small and 1 large towel). I provide kitchen towels.
