The space The accommodation is quiet in a haven of greenery and a 15-minute walk from the center of Batz sur Mer and 800 m from the beach. You will enjoy the calm, and the large garden. It is possible to park 3 to 4 cars on the ground in front of the garage. The house consists of a ground floor with a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a sink and toilet. The washing machine is located in the bathroom. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal, including the garden table for 10 people, sun loungers and a Weber barbecue for grilling fresh fish. Only the garage is unavailable for rental. Other things to note Cleaning protocol: I sanitize frequently touched surfaces, including doorknobs. I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. I clean each room using detailed cleaning checklists.
