A sunny studio with a full kitchen area, as well as a separate bathroom, is available for you. The neighborhood is literally surrounded by coniferous forest, so there is fresh air! It is important for us that you feel at home, so the studio is equipped with everything you need (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, household appliances, washing machine, kitchen appliances, bath accessories). If you arrive by car or are ready to travel by taxi/minibus, we will be happy to see you here! The space A spacious sunny studio, 29 sqm with a balcony and noise insulation, located in the Pyatnitskie Kvartaly residential complex. The windows overlook the courtyard (the courtyard is closed, it is very convenient to look after the children). The bathroom is separate, which is very convenient, especially if you are traveling in a group. The studio has a water heater, in case of force majeure or planned shutdown of hot water, it will ensure a comfortable stay in the apartment. Toiletries, hair dryer, towels are available to guests. The studio has a full kitchen with built-in appliances, a kettle, a built-in filter. Free Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning are available for guests. Within a walking distance there are grocery stores: Olivka (right in the house), Taste of Villas, Pyaterochka, pharmacy, café-bar. It is possible to order grocery delivery (Utkonos, Yandex, Deliveri club). Guest access The entire studio is at your disposal. For comfortable accommodation of 4 people there is a double bed (140x200) and a sofa bed (sleeping place 160x200), washing machine, air conditioner, refrigerator, iron, hairdryer, water heater (if necessary). Other things to note The apartment has remote check-in, all arrival instructions and access codes are sent one hour before arrival for security reasons. If you want to be met in person, just write to me about it:) No PCR or QR code is required to check in. Smoking is strictly forbidden!
