The maintenance of the park and the cleaning of the pool is assured by the property. The cleaning of the house and the change of linen is on weekly base. If you prefer you can go to the sandy beach of Lerici or breezy beach of Portovenere by boat or by car. In one hour time you can reach amazing places of Tuscany as Sarzana , Massa Carrara(I recommend visit the marble quarries) , Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Pisa and Florence. On the west side you can visit , beside 5 Terre, pearls of LiguriaPortovenere , Levanto, Sestri Levante, S.Margherita, Rapallo , Portofino, Genova. Genova and Pisa have an airport.
