This 12th Ave S suite sleeps 4 comfortably & features a large bathroom, its own kitchenette & living space, & private parking/access. We also offer fast WiFi, and other steaming services including YouTube TV, Netflix, & Disney+. Walkable to all the great restaurants & shopping in 12 S. You will also be just minutes away from Broadway & the Gulch! Highest cleaning standards The space - The living area: This space offers two leather reclining couches which is perfect for 'kicking-back' and streaming your favorite show from Netflix, or sports game on YouTubeTV on a 55 inch LED High-definition TV. There isn't a bad spot in the room as the TV rotates so you have the absolute best view! - The kitchenette: Here you find a table to comfortably sit four adults. The countertop features a Keurig and regular coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and toaster-oven. Didn't travel with your fork and spoon? Not to worry, we have you covered! Fully stocked with dishes, eating utensils, cups, and glasses. - The sleeping area: This wonderful space offers a Casper queen bed and one very comfortable queen Murphy bed option! Plush pillows for getting a great rest after a busy day in the city. - The entire suite was renovated in late 2019. New flooring, paint, furniture, and private entrance/parking space. Washer & Dryer: We have a washer and dryer in the garage just beneath the suite! Easy access down our interior staircase. Other features/offerings: - Pack & Play w/sheets (upon request) - Queen air mattress (upon request) - Carbon monoxide detector - Fire extinguisher - Closet with 16 wooden hangers - Iron & ironing board - Hair blow-dryer - First Aid Kit - Luggage stands - Extra plugs/extension cords for charging! Security: for the safety of our guest and host, we have the following amenities: - Deadbolt locks (programmable access) - Safety lock - Outside security camera at the top of outside stairs, in place for safety of our guests. We have a washer and dryer in the garage just beneath the suite! Easy access. Other things to note Although we've never had any issues, we encourage each guest to lock their car doors at night. We live in a great part of town, but never want any issues to arise.
