Little slice of heaven in the sun

Welcome to Alpha Tauri! The accommodation is in a villa that has 4 independent apartments, located in a quiet area, with a large garden and heated pool, common to tenants. The villa is 2 minutes from exit 37 of the A8 highway, 5 minutes from Vaucouleurs Castle and 13 minutes from the beaches of the Base Nature in Fréjus. A little piece of heaven close to all amenities! We are happy to have you stay with us! The space The accommodation is a large, bright, air-conditioned 52 m² 2-room apartment with a separate entrance in a large villa at the end of a cul-de-sac. The accommodation is functional and fully equipped. It is composed of: - An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe - An air-conditioned living room: 2 sofa beds (one click-clack and one convertible); a 32-inch TV with Netflix subscription; a dining table for 6 people. - An equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle and microwave. - A first bathroom with shower and toilet. On your garden side terrace, you will find a table and four chairs where you can eat while enjoying the sun. Linens, duvets, towels and dish towels are provided. The air conditioning is reversible. Guest access Your accommodation is independent with a separate entrance. The garden and pool (open May – September depending on weather conditions) are common to the entire villa. The accommodation is located in a cul-de-sac: the parking spaces in front of the house and all along the street are free, public and shared (watch out for the gates of the other villas ;)) Other things to note The pool is saltwater, heated and protected by a roller shutter (open from May to September depending on weather conditions). The atmosphere of the villa is friendly and quiet: as this is our living space and that of our tenants, we will ask you to respect the premises and not to party, or to play music too loudly ;) The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, but you can smoke on the terrace without worry :) The house is not suitable for children under 2, and no pets are allowed. Please let us know if you'd like to invite family or friends (other than the guests listed in the reservation) to access the garden and pool. If we are not available to welcome you in person, you will find the keys in a lockbox at the entrance to your apartment. The code will be provided before your arrival. Our cat, Natalie, likes to walk in the garden, sometimes she is joined by friends ;)
