Villa Tozzoli House is exposed on the inside towards the sea, located on the ground floor of the antique main house. It is silent, comfortable and safe. The double entrance to the apartment guarantees independence and privacy: the access is possible both from the elegant hall and the lovely private patio. Villa Tozzoli House is made up of the wide entrance, a big bedroom with double bed 160x200 (or two single beds, if required), two roomy bathrooms with big showers – one of whom in the room with a modern infrared sauna and shower with chromotherapy, the living room with a really comfortable and easy to be used double sofa bed (the mattress is 19 cm thick) and well equipped kitchenette. The apartment was refurbished with a modern vision, always respecting and promoting its original structure and tone by bringing out some characteristics like exposed bearing walls of Sorrento tuff. As the apartment is delicate it is not suitable for children. There are: free and fast Wi-Fi, hot/cold air conditioning, fly screens, and satellite TV. The guests can walk only through the central path to the balcony, where staying is permitted. As the apartment is delicate it is not suitable for children and babies. Animals are not allowed. During the stay guests can contact the Host in case of any problem or information that has not been sufficiently explained or clarified during the check-in or in the house guidelines provided. Villa Tozzoli House is a exclusive holiday home inside an ancient Villa, in a peaceful and historic part of Sorrento called "La Rotonda". Few minutes walking to the main square Piazza Tasso and beaches. It is in a strategic position to visit all the main attractions in the Sorrento and Amalfi coast, for ex. Pompei and Ercolano, Positano and Amalfi, Capri. The apartment is close to all services (restaurants, shops, Museo Correale) and all transports (ferries by the harbor and train station). The free parking is available inside the property for a car/suv, motorbike or bike. The house is situated within walking distance from the city center of Sorrento. 10min walking to the center Tasso Square and pedestrian zone, the train station Circumvesuviana and lift to the port. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets are near Costs include VAT and final cleaning. The city tax is not included. During the check-in guests is asked to provide documents in order to be registered as per Italian law indications. At the check-in, our guests are expected to pay by cash the city tax of 4,00€ per person, laid down by the Regulation of the municipality of Sorrento, for every night spent on the local territory, for a maximum duration of 7 nights, from April the 1st to October the 31st.
