The historic, Art Deco and Bauhaus related building, with it’s elegant marble foyer and spacious apartments is located next to Kolonaki and Exarchia. It was build in 1937 by the shipping magnate family Livanos for their own use. The Penthouse Suite, the bar and the large Roof Garden with panoramic views of the Acropolis and Mount Lykabettos were constructed for celebrations, parties and to accommodate their guests. The Acropolis line Metro station Panepistimio is only a five minutes walk. The space The Penthouse Suite and Roof Garden are on the fifth floor on the southern side of the building. The bright and airy apartment is comprised of a bedroom with its own small balcony, a cosy living area, a retro bathroom and a small fitted kitchen. The apartment measures 52 square meters There is direct access to the quiet private 136 square meters roof garden, looking towards Acropolis and Lykabettos. Guest access The Roof Garden, measuring 136 square meters, is private. Only my guests of the Penthouse have access to it. Other things to note Please lock after 9pm the front door of the building, either after leaving or entering. The elevator goes up to the 4th floor. You have to use the stairs to the 5th floor.
