Apartment converted from a large attic on the third and last floor (no elevator) of an old period building furnished in a rustic style. In the heart of the city, convenient to the station, restaurants and tourist information office, it is very close to a large area of paid parking spaces (free on Sundays). The space The space consists of a large living area with a dining room, a living room with a sofa bed, a separate kitchenette, a bathroom with only toilets at the entrance and a master bathroom with a shower and washing machine adjacent to two comfortable bedrooms; all with breathtaking views of the Adda River and the Alps. Guest access Guests are welcome in all areas of the apartment, which they can use without restrictions where there are no locked cabinets. NOTE: If you book for 1 or 2 people, WE WILL ONLY SET UP THE DOUBLE BEDROOM BY DEFAULT, leaving the second bedroom closed to dry any change of linen. If guests need to use 2 separate rooms even if there are less than 3 people, please specify! Thank you!! In the small room, some cabinets cannot be used because they are used for linen, blankets, and baby necessities: everything is available to guests if needed. Being a renovated attic in an old building, it is unfortunately not accessible to people with motor disabilities. Other things to note In the hallway of the building, you can leave skis and any equipment (strollers, bicycles, etc.) by prior arrangement and provided that you leave the passage clean and free.
