No booking is allowed for commercial purposes. There will be seasonal variation in the floor tariff (hike of 50% of the existing tariff plan) during major festival days and the festive season. Any damage made during the period of stay will be borne in full by the party concerned. The guests are required to pay an additional one day room rent as damage deposit at the time of check-in, which is fully refundable at the time of check-out subject to a damage inspection of the room and property. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to our Home stay. According to Government regulations, it is compulsory for all guests above 18 years of age to bring a valid photo identity card and address proof at the time of check-in. [No Check in without Photo Identity Proof in Original (Driving Licence / Voter ID Card / Aadhaar Card - for Indians, Passport with Visa - for Foreigners)]. Pan card will not be accepted as proof of identity. Without any authorized documentation, we can't allow any unmarried couples. Pets are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
