If you’re looking for a great vacation this condo is in St Pete’s beach, Florida. It is 1255 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and a spare room. Ten minutes from two of the most beautiful beaches in the country and 20 minutes from downtown St Petersburg. Museums like the Dali, Rays baseball, many great restaurants and Busch Gardens are close by. Disney is just over an hour away. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and relax on the balcony. The space The condo is spacious and comfortable. Look out the master bedroom window and you see dolphins and boats go by. There are two bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. It is very comfortable and is close to numerous excellent restaurants as well as other activities. The people in the complex are friendly and helpful. It is a five minute car ride to Passe a Grille Beach where the sunsets are spectacular. Guest access Guests are able to access the amazing pool which is heated in the winter and has chillers in the summer months. There are also brand new tennis and pickle ball courts. The fishing on the sea wall is tremendous and it is a joy to look out the master bedroom window as well as the living room and watch dolphins and manatees swim by the unit. Within a short driving distance there are many of the top golf courses in the country. Other things to note The grounds of the condo are maintained meticulously. There is also a brand new sidewalk which allows you to safely walk to a local coffee shop and restaurant. There are many excellent restaurants in the Tampa Bay area. Vinoy park has many great events and is ten minutes away as is Tampa Rays baseball and the world famous Dali Art Museum. There is also security around the clock which further insures your safety.
