Our house is situated in a quiet yet central area of Midtown, our newly renovated 1200-square-foot house features 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms decorated with care and charm for your maximum comfort. Both bedrooms have a queen sized bed, pillows varying from soft to firm w/ fresh white linens and empty closets. One full bathroom (with shower) plus a 1/2 bathroom, equipped with toiletries, hairdryer and white guest towels. An open kitchen with granite counter-tops, gas range, with all essential dinnerware, flatware, glassware, and a coffeemaker, everything you need if you desire to cook. Open room to the kitchen has an area for dining with access to the deck, and a second area with vaulted ceilings for relaxing or simply watch a nice movie on a big flat screen TV. Separate work space with an office desk is off living room. There is a washer/dryer on the premises for your convenience. Complimentary high-speed WiFi and cable TV. The private driveway will fit two medium cars, or you can open the gate and park inside. This is literally your home away from home while in Atlanta. Easy walk to Art Center MARTA Station or simple take the “Free Ride” shuttle to MARTA. Buses are close by and easy to use. - as well as the option of Uber or Lyft for inexpensive rides.
