Bebbuxija Farmhouse in Xaghra, Gozo is a 400 year old farmhouse which was restored and renovated in 1995, with care taken to conserve the unique authentic rustic features. Enjoying a rustic, authentic Maltese setup and a spacious pool and BBQ area, with all amenities available, it is a great setting for a relaxing holiday. The house is available for short or long lets, ideal for holidays with family or friends. The space Entering through the front door, you will find a small outside area leading to the downstairs living area, and a staircase taking you to the bedrooms upstairs. KITCHEN is nicely equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, cutlery and crockery, cooking utensils, tools, etc; DINING ROOM is just by the kitchen area, with a dining table seating 8 - 10 persons; LIVING ROOM has sofas, a TV and a real fire stove which cosies up the house nicely during the winter months. POOL & BBQ AREA enjoys a pool, shower, small garden space and BBQ. There is also an outside dining area (roofed), a bathroom and deckchairs available. BEDROOM 1 - the largest bedroom, with ensuite (shower), holds a double bed and an additional sofa bed if you need the extra sleeping space. It also includes a terrace, leading directly to the pool area through an outside staircase. Mirror, wardrobe, drawers available. Air-conditioning is also available (accessible by using the coin meter). BEDROOM 2 - directly accessible from the first bedroom, or separately through the upstairs corridor, this room holds 2 sets of bunkbeds (sleeping 4 in all). Wardrobe available. BEDROOM 3 - accessible from the front upstairs corridor, with 2 twin beds which can be set together to make a double bed if you prefer. Mirror, small desk, wardrobe and drawers can be found here. DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM - found in the main entrance, it is easily accessible when you are enjoying the downstairs area. A shower is also available here should you need an additional one.
