Just a 5–8 minute drive to Seattle Children’s Hospital, downtown Seattle, Portage Bay, Lake Union, and Eastlake. Easy bus access to Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. The space The unit features a full bathroom and a fully equipped large kitchen with a full-size fridge and a range. * wood like floor and new bathroom vanity. * A queen bed, night stand, desk and desk chair, dining table and chairs. *Newly installed private wifi (only share with two neighbors) with improved speed. The building is a quiet building though the car sound on the street is inevitable due to its convenient location. Most are graduate students or visiting scholars as well as post graduate professionals. Guest access Guests have access to free wifi, coin operated on list laundry facility and hundred of ethnic restaurants at reasonable prices in the center of University District within walking distance.Your have your own private bath, kitchen and living area. Off street parking is $12 per day or $200 per month parking in our own lot pending on season and if there is a available space (compared with $35 a day in the nearby public parking lot) Other things to note 1) The building is in a safe area of U District, minutes walk to campus. It is a brick building with good insulation against noise but still car sound is inevitable since it is situated in the very convenient location. 2) No TV nor air conditioner but weather in Seattle make air conditioner not a necessity. There is always breeze from the lakes around. 3) The owner will pay for the water, sewer, electricity and solid waste. The tenant use electricity judiciously. For long term guests, If the electricity usage is over $60/mo (over 28 days) for one guest or over $80 for two guests, the guests will pay the difference. This is the way that we do not casually waste energy. 4) Please refer to the house manual located in your itinerary for the check in and out procedures as well as additional important information. 5 ) The building has outdoor CCTV. 6) Please reserve as the exact# of guests will come. The base rent is very reasonable compared to the hotel room nearby. We keep the rate low for single traveler but need to charge extra for the extra guests. If a guest only comes partial of the trip, please let us know, we only charge for the nights of the guest stay. 7) Absolutely no smoking, smoking must be 25 feet away from the building property, if cigarette smell is detected, we will keep the deposit. 8) Parking in our lot is $12 per day or $175-200 per month depending on the season. First come first serve. Please inquire in advance for the availability. 9) The bedroom windows face the 42 nd street, it is not a busy street but may hear the inevitable car sounds inU district. 10) Long term guests (over 28 days) due to its discounted rate than weekly or daily rental, need to purchase household consumable goods after the initial supplies are consumed.
