Separate toilet. Located in our own 4 storey house. We live above. Neighbourhood is beautiful, save and cosy, 19th century, green, lively but residential. 10 min./2 km from centre. Surrounded by many shops, restaurants, park and public transport. 4th person and parking available upon request. The space A fully equiped cosy apartment (35m2-350sq f.) in one of Amsterdams nicest and most popular areas. It is on the first floor. A bedroom with king bed, sofa bed an a patio to sit, eat or work and enjoy the view. SmartTV with Netflix. The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge, stove, microwave-oven, Nespresso coffee machine and watercooker. toaster and enough cutlery, pans crockery and regular condiments. There is a nice bathroom with a small washing machine, shower and bidet. Separate toilet in the hallway. In rare cases the toilet is shared. (But no worries, I know this long before). It is also possible to sit in the small shared garden. PS. We can arrange for a parkingplace in a private garage nearby . Pls. ask for the conditions.
