This 20m2 ( 200 sqft) room is located one floor above ground floor, well lighted by the southern looking window, facing a wooden area , above a quiet street, in one of the nicest residential area of Luxembourg. This bedroom shares1 bathroom and 1 shower room with 3 other bedrooms . Facilities include a guestrooms' kitchen and washer/dryer shared by up to 4 guests. parking is usually available in the street. The bus stop is 2 minutes away. Only guests with prior hosting review with 5.0 rating. The space In addition to the room, guest may use a space with kitchen and laundry/dryer. the whole house is an extension of the art gallery so every room has interesting art , this one with a large canvas by Zorikto, the Buryat painter. Guest access The guests share the same main entrance access to the house, host will welcome them, and share 2 bedrooms ( 1 for women, 1 for men) on the same floor, with 3 other rooms, which may be full as well. The guests may access the backyards, a kind of shaded pergola. During your stay We are on site to welcome our guests. This room is shared with our family's space , so we expect extra care in maintaining a good relationship, respect, neat and clean common area , especially the bathrooms. Let us know if anything is amiss and we shall resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Other things to note We don't charge an end-of-stay cleaning , they are annoying to the guest and serve no purpose : We trust our guest to leave the property neat and tidy. The public rating of the guest on Airbnb is a better encouragement, as a positive rating will advertise this guest to future hosts. We in turn pay close attention to prior hosts ratings to accept new guests, and accept only 5.0 ratings. See General house rules in the additional section of "House Rules" section. A caveat on the number of guests: Although the room may host 2, it shares the same bathroom as 2 other rooms on the same floor, so we only take 2 if at least one room is not used to to maintain the quality of the stay of all guests involved.
