The villa is rent on a self-catering base, it can accommodate up to 6 people, has a private garden of 250 sq.m with dining table under the trees, fast access to the beach in front within less than 1min and a shared swimming pool. On the ground floor has a large living room with a dining area for 6 people, TV, A/C and a fully equipped kitchen with all cutlery and electric appliances. On the upper floor you have 3 seperate double rooms with 2 bathrooms available. Every room has a private balcony with easy access to the pool and private A/C. BBQ facilities, secure parking, free WiFi and daily cleaning service are provided. Nearby, the famous beach of Agios Dimitrios with tavernas and watersports is 5 min away by car. 2 fish-villages are within a distance of 3 km away. We always welcome our guests in the port upon arrival, drive together to the villa and give all necessary information regarding points of interest and places to visit.
